trekking erudition- the long, arduous journey to great knowledge and learning

Welcome to Trekking Erudition! Here you will find all things travel, organization, and learning. I write reviews, travel tips and organizational tricks, and much, much more! I hope you enjoy!

A little about me:

I’m Caroline. I live in a small, rural town in southeast Missouri and am senior in high school. Since I am a full-time student and am very active in my school, church, and community, I completely understand having a chaotic life. Sometimes it can be hard for me to keep everything straight. My planner helps me keep my busy life organized.

In what little free time I do have, I enjoy traveling, making and listening to music, baking, and hiking.

A little about my site:

I started this blog when I was a junior in high school, and it has grown with me. In the beginning, we were Organized Chaos Co.. I was (and still am) pretty obsessed with my planner, so when the site launched, the topic of all of my posts was my planner. I have since decided that my entire site should probably not revolve around my planner, and I have adapted it to this.

Obviously the name has changed since 2015, and Trekking Erudition is a much better fit for the content you will find here. The name, Trekking Erudition, has multiple meanings to me:

First, the word trek. I am a wanderlust. I love to travel. Seeing new places and experiencing new cultures makes my heart happy. I tend to suffer from “travel fever” (or wanderlust) if it has been just a little too long since my last getaway. 😉

The second meaning of my site name comes from the word erudition. At the top of this page you can find the actual dictionary definition of the word. This word represents my future. I plan to pursue a career in healthcare. Erudition is a quality that I hope to possess by being a lifelong learner.

The final meaning of my site title is the name as a whole. Trekking Erudition represents “the long, hard road to great knowledge” that I am choosing to take.

Thank you for visiting my site! I hope you find something interesting!!
